Anyhow I guess the easiest thing to start with is WoW. I'm kind of taking a half break from wow, only playing a little bit until the expansion because it just feels pointless. I didn't think I'd get to that point, but I have. I'm leveling a mage slowly right now though, so that's ok. I've figured out the first character I'll level is my pally so I can tank stuff. Then I might get my hunter up....I dunno.
My paladin managed to become uncrushable, but with the expansion coming out and them removing uncrushability I dunno how that's gonna feel. lol. anyhow, until then it has a new chest piece that I FINALLY managed to get after like 10 runs through this dungeon. Thanks to PixieDemon for coming along and helping me /beg and /pray. Jade-Skull Breastplate is the new chestpiece I have. from what I hear it'll be replaced by greens in the new X-Pac, which was normal for BC. =P
Now for a completely different subject. I had a few friends over about 2-3 weeks ago on saturday. We have a weekly gaming session we get together for about 1-3 times a month (yeah I know. it's ironic.) Anyhow, one of my friends, Mike, thought it would be funny to block the bathroom door with one of my chairs and stop one of my other friends, Jeff, from getting out of the bathroom. Much hilarity ensued. I managed to get a few pictures of their first wrestling match. (it was all in good fun and they didn't hurt each other seriously). They were definitly very....interesting....as you can see.

I managed to get a video of their 2nd fight. I decided to put some music to it. It's here for your viewing pleasure.
2nd Wrestling Match
Other than that, unfortunatly I haven't been able to go do any geocaching lately because it's warmed up here and I prefer to go geocaching in the cold. Anyhow, I'll try and keep this more updated as things progress!
Haven't posted for a few days now because there's been nothing super exciting to talk about. Just been playing WoW and working lately, although I have met a lot of new friends on Facebook and HumanPets. Two great places that are a lot of fun.
Off to the WoW update!
I finally managed to get exalted with Shattered Sun Offensive which gave me my Sunward Crest shield which now brings me up to 99% avoidance. (the combination of block, dodge, and parry) You need 102.4% to be uncrushable and do Heroic dungeons, so that brings me right up there! Tomorrow (sunday the 28th of September) I will be Off Tanking Karazhan, so wish me good luck! I really want to get my T4 token for Justicar Faceguard.
Anyhow, today (Saturday the 27th) I cleaned off a virus from a friends computer that her kid had managed to get from watching anime on myspace......good times.
So This is my oldest dog Kyla, she's a beagle German Shepard. Her bed is right next to my desk, so this is actually quite an often occurance. You may need to turn up your sound to hear her snoring, but it's there.
This is Brooke, my pembroke wlesh corgi, and Ivy, my cocker spaniel mix having some fun and playing in our office area. If you can tell, Brooke's the dominant one, whcih is quite amusing because she's the smallest pudgiest one in the house. :)
Off to the fun stuff!
We'll start with my Geocaching trip on saturday. I left around noon with my geocaching partner in tow. We went out to have "breakfast" at a place called Cracker Barrel. From there we started to head towards the location I wanted to go caching in, but when we got there the road was closed because of the recent flooding that had happened. So we took a moment and plotted out where we wanted to go next, and off we were. We made it to the sculpture park that we decided on and off we went! Below is the video of our day. Don't kill me, it's my first ever time making a video so please forgive my noobness.
Off to the WoW now!
Friday night was pretty good! I went and did the BrewFest boss Coren Direbrew and got Empty Mug of Direbrew for my hunter. It was a pretty nice fight.
Then I also did a Heroic Mechanar, and while that was good, I definitly have not finished gearing for it yet. Luckily it was the daily and with finishing it and getting the 4 badges from it, and the 2 badges from the quest turn in I managed to have enough badges so that I could get my Libram of Repentance which pushes me up ever more to becoming uncrushable.
Saturday was spent geocaching for the most part, but I did get on in the evening and for the life of me can't remember if I ran anything.
Sunday was a pretty easy day. I ran regular arcatraz but didn't get any of the loot drops that I was hoping for. I also did Caverns of time: Dark portal and that was an easy cake walk.
Not doing much so far today, but I am updating my facebook profile, so for those of you that want to, check out the new changes!
Now, with that out of the way, the fun part! WoW!
The other night I was fortunate enough to run with my, what I have now dubbed, "My Token Healer" =P Pixie, if you're reading this I love ya! =P She ran 3 Reg TK: The Mechanar with me the other night and was a great asset. I managed to get Helm of the Righteous off of Pathaleon the Calculator. Got it socketed using my Jewelcrafter, and I was all set! :) One step closer to being able to tank Heroics.
Yesterday morning was nice. I managed to get through all my dailies on my tankadin. Mind you since she's prot this is difficult, coupled with the fact that I've decided to do all the dailies I can, so that means It's taking me around 3-4 hours to finish them, especially since I don't have an epic flyer on this toon.
This evening (Friday) when I get home from work, I hope to finish the Key to the Arcatraz quest line. Which will net me a belt, but I'm not sure that I want it. It is Sha'tari Vindicator's Waistguard. I currently have Belt of the Guardian so I'm not sure if the extra health loss will be a good thing or not. Anyhow, while I'm there in Mech I'm hoping I can pick up Jade-Skull Breastplate from Nethermancer Sepethrea. If not I'm going to have to keep running it until I get it. That Breastplate will be a huge improvement to my current armor.
I leave you with a wonderful quote I saw in WoW, paraphrased just slightly.
"If you guys want to take a break, the graveyard is right over there."

Time to start the new day! Despite my lack of sleep last night I woke up this morning feeling quite refreshed. I can't remember any dreams or anything, so it must have been good. :) I traveled out to Quincy Illinois fielding calls from work on the way. (gotta love phone forwarding) Anyhow, I got there and in about 15 minutes had the main problem fixed, but had to work on a few other items for the guys there. :) It was nice to come and get everything up and working in that short of period.
While I was there I decided to do some Geocaching. ( Geocaching Main Website ) For those of you that don't know I greatly enjoy this activity and am very active in it during fall - spring when there aren't 50 million ticks out. The one I got today was
Oh Deer! Geocache
It was a nice one.
While I was driving home I pondered about getting a flipcam. I think it would be interesting to take along on my geocaching journies. Anyhow, just random thoughts for now.
Got home and managed to get guilides to go with me to Coilfang: SteamVaults and managed to get this little item through rep by getting the orders and getting revered. Strength of the Untamed Anyhow, hoping to get some good drops tonight!!!! See everyone later!
First off we'll start after I got home from work and got online. Soon as I popped in to finish some quests on my hunter I was asked to do Black Temple. This was pretty cool I thought. We ended up clearing to Shade of Akama (3rd boss in BT). Nothing dropped for my hunter, but I enjoyed myself and getting experience on how to do a raid is never a bad thing. Then I switched over to my tankadin (Paladin Tank) and did a few Alterac Valley Battlegrounds. Have to do a quick shoutout to Pixie and Rain who helped me complete some daily quests on my paladin. We were going to do durnholde keep in caverns of time, but couldn't find a healer. Oh well. We're gonna try and do it again later tonight. After that I headed out to bed as I was getting pretty tired.
During all that junk in WoW, I was talking to my friend Alex over in Japan. She was just starting her tuesday morning. (it still amazes me how I hadn't even gone to bed on monday and she's already on tuesday). Had a good time chatting with her before she had to goto bed.
Got to work this morning and powered up the laptop after about 45 minutes. Systems checks and things of that nature delay me starting up right away usually. Got on and Alex was there getting ready for bed. Talked to her and then watched her youtube video showing off her apartment / house. You can see it here. (side note: I am soooo envious of you for living over in Japan.)
Anyhow, she went to bed and then I talked with one of my friends who is suffering the loss of a person she was really close to. I wish her the best of luck in everything.
During all this I was doing work stuff mainly. Also got dailies on my paladin done, so that's something I guess. Now gotta finish up with work, and then head home!
As you can see, I lead a really interesting life. =P
